Keeping to the Japanese tradition of restaurants specialising in one particular dish, Jugemu specialises in teppanyaki and Shimbashi specialises in hand-made soba. There are two separate entrances leading to either the vibrant modern space of Jugemu or the calm traditional atmosphere of Shimbashi. Whichever side you dine in, you can order from both menus.

We offer an assortment of wines, a unique sake & shochu selection and both local and Japanese beer with Orion (a popular Okinawan brand) available on tap (← temporarily unavailable until the next stage of COVID restrictions are lifted. Instead, we have fantastic “big” 500ml Orion cans available. Try this delicious beer!).
